An orchard tractor is specified in millimetres. Horsepower is second. A standard 40 HP garden tractor is often too wide once you add mirrors and a spray tank. We will not guess your alley from a photo of trees.
Narrow models on this line
| Model | HP | Width class | FOB China |
|---|---|---|---|
| JT-454N | 45 | ~1,150–1,280 mm | $8,500–$12,500 |
| JT-654N | 65 | ~1,200–1,350 mm | $10,500–$15,500 |
| JT-254 HST | 25 | Standard compact, hydrostatic | $7,200–$10,500 |
Folding ROPS so the machine clears netting. Category I on the 454N; Category II on the 654N. Application notes: orchards. Shorter field note: measure the alley before the axle.
Do not order a 704 for a 1.2 m row
The JT-704 is the right first quote for open fields — why 70 HP 4WD — and the wrong crate for fruit rows. If you need both a row machine and a headland loader, that is two specs, not one compromise axle.
E-MARK for Europe-facing orchards is a serial file on JT-354E or JT-504E, not a sticker on a narrow chassis. See certified and special tractors.

FAQ
How narrow is an orchard tractor?
JT-454N class is typically about 1,150–1,280 mm depending on tyres. Confirm the axle on the quote. Send millimetres.
454N or a standard 454?
If the alley is under about 1.3 m with a tank on, order narrow. A standard 454 is cheaper and more stable on the headland.
HST or narrow?
HST (JT-254 HST) is for inching. Narrow is for rows. Some orchards need both conversations, not one SKU.
