Qilu and Jinma both advertise E-MARK and EPA machines. That is the right idea. The failure mode is a certificate photographed from another chassis.
What we will write
- JT-504E — E-MARK on the serial you order
- EPA — quoted as an engine/option package, not a hood sticker
- If your market needs neither, do not pay for them
Ask for the file number on the PI. If a seller will not put the model and serial on the certificate line, walk.
